"Ingredients: Organic Sesame seeds (50%), Organic Sugar, Organic Glucose, Organic Vegetable Oil (palm), Natural foaming ageny-Saponariae root, Citric Acid." Each box has 11 individual packets of halvah each weighing 25 grams. As far as I know, an ounce is 28 grams. You can do the math; if not, the total weight for the two boxes is one pound three and a half ounces. I think it's "pricey" for the product. If I had this information before my purchase, I would have opted for something else. I have to look up "organic glucose" and "organic palm oil".
