I read about these in Amazon.com reviews, and I tried them, and they are as fantastic as advertised. They taste great, and they are just the thing to eat before or during a long workout. I can't recommend these to people enough. The packages are easy to get into. they are a little bigger than other packages say gu or chomps so if you run with a smaller belt the bag might be too big. But they taste super good. The chews are super soft and are not hard to chew. You know how some gus or chomps are hard and chewy and stick to your teeth? you don't have a problem with these. I also find they are really easy on my stomach so no race day problems for me with these.they are gluten free for people with gluten allergies. Also 160 calories per package. All this and they are made by a bunch of young guys in Steamboat CO - not a large CP company. I buy them by the box of 12 - go through 1 bag a day when I am riding.
